\u00c0 quoi ressemblerait notre environnement b\u00e2ti s\u2019il \u00e9tait vraiment adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 cognitive et aux exp\u00e9riences sensorielles? Dans ce projet de dessin collaboratif impliquant des jeunes et des membres de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9tudiante, Lysanne Picard envisage une utopie adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la neurodiversit\u00e9. Ayant elle-m\u00eame un TDAH et en collaborant avec des enfants et des adultes aux profils cognitifs vari\u00e9s, elle explore le concept de douceur architecturale : des espaces plus indulgents, plus inclusifs et probablement plus harmonieux pour tout le monde. \u00c0 travers le processus du dessin, elle nous invite \u00e0 r\u00eaver d\u2019un monde imaginatif o\u00f9 les environnements physiques sont plus amplement fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par les divers besoins sensoriels et cognitifs de ses habitants et habitantes.<\/p>\n

Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans un s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux jeunes, Nouveaux publics. La recherche et la m\u00e9diation li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette exposition ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en collaboration avec l\u2019ArtLab de la Galerie d\u2019art Foreman.<\/em><\/p>\n

Lysanne Picard<\/strong> est une artiste qu\u00e9becoise qui vit et travaille \u00e0 Sherbrooke, sur le territoire non c\u00e9d\u00e9 des Ab\u00e9nakis. Elle d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at en design de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Concordia et un dipl\u00f4me de deuxi\u00e8me cycle en pratiques artistiques actuelles de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse au dessin et \u00e0 la collaboration comme moyens d\u2019imaginer des utopies et des mondes alternatifs adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la neurodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sa pratique artistique est profond\u00e9ment influenc\u00e9e par ses engagements et exp\u00e9riences communautaires. De 2011 \u00e0 2019, elle a travaill\u00e9 dans un atelier d\u2019art \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al aupr\u00e8s de personnes vivant \u00e0 l\u2019intersection de l\u2019itin\u00e9rance et de la sant\u00e9 mentale. En 2021, elle a fond\u00e9 le Club de dessin Sherbrooke, un projet d\u2019art communautaire ax\u00e9 sur le dessin collaboratif. Plus r\u00e9cemment, elle a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9sidence en art social d\u2019un an au sein de la communaut\u00e9 du Tremplin 16-30 \u00e0 Sherbrooke.<\/p>\n

Son travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, entre autres, au Mus\u00e9e des beaux-arts de Sherbrooke, \u00e0 l\u2019Espace Projet \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al ainsi qu\u2019au Centre culturel Stewart Hall \u00e0 Pointe-Claire.<\/p>\n
